Outsourcing Manager (d/w/m) in Munich Are you experienced in monitoring outsourcing contracts and the associated risks?

We are looking for you in central outsourcing management as a contact person for the specialist departments for new and existing outsourcing projects.

As soon as possible!
This is what you have in mind ... You will be responsible for central outsourcing and service management (ZOM/DLM).
This includes advising the specialist departments on outsourcing projects, carrying out risk assessments in advance and continuously ensuring compliance (including updating) with the defined measures.
You monitor and control existing outsourcing relationships and the associated outsourcing risks, e.g.
as part of status checks.
You prepare (risk) reports regarding the existing outsourcing relationships (internally for the Executive Board; externally for BaFin) You create and archive intragroup service contracts incl.
reporting and reporting system.
You observe regulatory requirements including BaFin reporting on outsourcing.
You ensure that guidelines (and other documents) relevant to outsourcing are up to date and implemented You maintain and further develop the outsourcing register What you bring with you ...
Degree in economics/law or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the insurance industry (e.g.
VAIT, VAG, MaGo) with regard to outsourcing and its implementation.
Analytical, strategic and process-oriented thinking skills.
Assertiveness and communicative (consulting) skills combined with negotiation skills.
