JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Junior Planner
REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager
ROLE PURPOSE: Support Supply Chain Area on data management for growing demand. Receiving demands and forecasts from customers, input data into the ERP system, and create periodic reports to help the Supply Chain area follow orders and management decisions. Support purchasing demand and tracking.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Input Sales and Purchase orders on iQMS system.Open and release work orders on iQMS.Make follow-up on customers regarding missing data.Update Customers portal.Generate daily reports for supporting Supply Chain areas.Generate daily customers shipment releases to involved areas.Ensure a high level of order entry accuracy.Help senior planners to input MPS in the system.Update customers and Suppliers data in our systems.Prepare Customer on-time in full orders data and reports.Internal follow-up on Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping areas about orders to be shipped.Generate and support senior planners to analyze inventory reports (FG + Raw materials).Participate in meetings with Suppliers and customers.Support the management team to populate KPIs and management reports.Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.Follow up on suppliers regarding MGS Purchase Orders, ACK, and lateness.The above list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to carry out other duties which may reasonably be assigned by management.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be fluent in English.Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.Have a good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP system.Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Be enthusiastic and ambitious.Be able to work in teams.Be communicative.Be open-minded to all the time changes.Be resilient.Have good customer service experience, including order entry, preferred.Have good time management skills.Be able to work calmly under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight time frames.PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position in MGS Ireland, you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland.There is no relocation support available for this position.MGS is an equal opportunities employer.
