Junior Project Manager

Our client, a top Building Contractor, requires a Junior Project Manager to manage commercial and residential building projects in Co. Limerick.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer looking to make the step up. All training will be provided.
The position will pay the market rates and comes with an expensed vehicle.
Responsibilities:Taking overall responsibility for delivery of projectsAdvising on staff requirementsIn conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmesEnsuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standardsIn conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimisedMaintain good client and design team relationsAttend client/design team meetingsPrepare monthly reports for Project Review meetingsIn conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the projectThe ideal candidate will have:Site Engineer experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UKA Degree in Civil Engineering or similarExperience managing building projectsThe right to work in the EUPlease apply with your CV below or contact Bobby on 087-916 0169.
