What We Offer: Industry Leading Salary with uncapped commission - your earnings potential is in your hands!Paid Manufacturer Training to give you the knowledge and skills needed to excel.A Company Car after a certain period, ensuring you drive the latest models on the road.A competitive Company Pension scheme for long-term financial security.The opportunity to work with four leading automotive brands in a dynamic and supportive environment.On the job experience.As Junior Car Sales & Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and offering the right vehicle solutions.Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from first contact to delivery.Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.Sell new and used vehicles.Carry out accurate appraisals for part exchange.Follow Bolands sales process.Manage preparation of your trade-ins and handover sold vehicles.Advertising used cars online.Sending customers a personalised video of the vehicle they enquire about.Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and KPIs.Content creation / photography / videography.Planning of new model launch.Consistent activity across our social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Photography and advertising used vehicles on our websites.Reporting to the Sales Manager & Marketing Manager.
