ARYZTA, a leading multinational food company, is looking for a Key Account Executive to join its expanding Food Service sales team.
The Role As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Account Manager and the broader Foodservice Channel Team in developing and managing a designated customer portfolio.
You will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of business objectives.
This dynamic role encompasses key responsibilities such as: Managing customer relationships across all levels within your account portfolio.
Leading forecasting, pricing, new product introductions and day-to-day customer account management Co-ordinating and integrate cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business strategic plans for both customer and ARYZTA.
Working relationships Internal Stakeholders: You will collaborate closely with the following teams: The Commercial team, NPD, Technical, Marketing, Insight, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
External Stakeholders: You will engage with cross-functional departments within your designated customer base, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior account manager in all aspects of delivering business plans for designated customers.
Key contact for day-to-day enquiries (internal and external) and proactively working with the cross functional teams.
Develop strong working customer relationships, Deliver product presentations to the customer.
Seek out and develop a pipeline for new business within the specific channels.
Build comprehensive product knowledge of ARYZTA and competitors across the frozen food market.
Full ongoing analysis of customers performance utilising ARYZTA's internal sales tools to create and execute plans to ensure that consistent growth is achieved.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and analysis to the business across all customers Work with the wider Foodservice field teams on activities agreed with H/O accounts for implementation.
Be a leader within the channel, work with the team on strategic plans for the next 3 years.
Key attributes include: Experience and knowledge of the Foodservice market within IOI Customer focused Team player Excellent communication/presentation skills Strong commercial awareness Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with SAP applications Experience and knowledge of the Foodservice market within IOI What we offer: ARYZTA offers a competitive renumeration package and great benefits: 22 days holidays increasing to 26 with service.
