Key Account Manager - Beauty Industry Attractive Salary + Bonus + Benefits Meath/ Hybrid Our client, one of the UK & Ireland's most successful Beauty Brands, is currently in search of a Key Account Manager to strategically continue the growth of their key brands. As a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager, you will use your passion for sales coupled with your organisational skills and attention to detail to strategically continue the growth of several award-winning brands. You will represent the overall interests of the company through the effective management of the ongoing relationships with the existing client base, while also being responsible for the identification of new markets and clients to engage with for future growth, development, and success of our amazing brands. Essential: To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will bring experience in managing retail/ distributor accounts in a Beauty/ FMCG related industry, and thrive in a fast paced working environment. Your role: Manage and grow key account retailers, agreeing on activities that will deliver growth in line with annual targets and commercial objectives. Support planning and forecasting with exposure to all aspects of commercial requirements. Build sales revenue through profitable trading opportunities and being an integral part in the plans to achieve annual growth and profitability. Provide full visibility into new and existing sales pipeline at every stage of development. Develop and execute customer-specific business plans that are aligned with customer and marketing strategies. Implement best-practice pipeline, sales forecasting, and opportunity management. Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with other internal functions with the aim of providing a best-in-class service to the customer. Your essential kills: 4+ years proven experience in a similar role, or previous management of retail/ distributor accounts. Proven understanding of retail operations and client's end to end needs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams. Ability to multitask to ensure flawless execution and delivery. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills and can present new and innovative ideas. Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic working environment. What's in it for you: Attractive base salary.
