Palmerstown House Estate is a stunning Award-Winning venue and Golf Resort ideal for Weddings, Family Functions, Team Building and Corporate Events to name a few.
We are currently looking for a part time Kitchen Porter join our dynamic and innovative kitchen team The ideal candidate must be available Wednesday to Sunday   To assist in ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with all other chefs and the service teams.
Carry out basic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
To collect and clean pots, pans and utensils.
To use correct cleaning materials and chemicals as directed.
To maintain cleanliness and tidiness always, adhering to our HACCP system and health and safety regulations.
Maintaining professionalism always, ensuring a professional manner and tone is used when dealing with all team members across all departments.
To carry out any duties as requested by the Chefs on duty.
To ensure that the kitchen is always being kept clean and tidy, cleaning own immediate area of work.
To ensure that any anticipated shortages of cleaning products and materials are promptly communicated to the Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Other duties and responsibilities as dictated by the culinary leadership, not mentioned in this document.
