Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assist in providing the highest of food hygiene in a customer focused environment.
About Us Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside.
The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle.
Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Roggla in December 2022.

Role & Responsibilities All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards.
Your role with us will include: Using a industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery Lifting and carrying loads Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils Cleaning inside of walk in fridges Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen Emptying bins Be available for late night shifts Have a minimum availability of 30 hours per week for up to 5 shifts across 7 days Requirements Prior experience working in a large kitchen a bonus Previous experience working in a fast paced environment Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
