How You'll Do It Inbound Qualification: systematically follow up on all weekly inbound leads provided to you and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunitiesOutbound Prospecting: Develop and execute outreach strategies using multi-channel approaches (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to engage potential clients effectivelyQualify Leads: Conduct initial conversations with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions and servicesCRM (Salesforce) Management: Accurately record lead interactions and maintain a clean, up-to-date database in our CRM system, allowing for effective pipeline management and trackingSales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off of qualified leads and maintaining a feedback loop for continuous process improvementParticipate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetingsMaintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and servicesCommunicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, and forecasts.Requirements Strong and credible telephone and online presenceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyIndependent and team playerEnergetic and enthusiastic attitudeYou must be relationship focused, a hunter and a closer!Experience 3+ years of experience in lead generation (B2B), sales development, or a related role, ideally with a strong emphasis on professional services and SaaSSales Acumen: demonstrated understanding of the sales cycle and SaaS subscription models, with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiar with lead generation and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Experience selling HR/Recruitment/Training/Wellness and/or employee benefits products is a plusSaaS experience an advantageQualifications (ideally) Sales and / or Marketing qualificationThis is an unmissable opportunity!
