Learning & Development Specialist Dublin South Responsibilities: Plan, implement and support training requirements.
Delivering core organisational in-house training programmes utilising a range of media and blended learning concepts.
Facilitating training needs analysis to identify learning priorities across the dealer networks and wider organisation.
Implement brand training certification standard.
Implement internal reporting structure that monitors network activity & standards.
Ensure sales training programs support new model launch activity for all brands.
Assist with the delivery, implementation, and support of identified strategic objectives as specified in strategic plan.
Ensure our annual training schedule is delivered on time & in-line with our strategy.
Facilitating training needs analysis to identify learning priorities across the organisation.
Evaluate the training effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements.
Provide management reports on training results to assist with correct planning.
Travel to various brand Global Training Forums and Events.
Support the maintenance of network and staff databases, continuously monitoring standards.
Daily management of the annual organisational learning and development plan.
Experience Previous experience in the training and development space.
Solid working knowledge of training theories and methods.
Experience in delivery of training across multiple formats: Instructor Led, Face to Face, Virtual & Digital.
Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate a solid blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deliver engaging and effective learner experiences.
Good commercial awareness with a good understanding of best practice in sales processes and systems.
Self-motivated and self-confident, with the ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to guide and adapt to different styles and groups.
Strong listening and creative problem-solving skills.
Data literate with good IT and analytical skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Adaptable and flexible to changing technologies, processes, and environments.
Technology integration, familiar and comfortable with the integration and use of social and digital media for training purposes.
The ability to influence and gain the respect of our Dealer network partners.
A persuasive style with a positive determination to achieve results and meet deadlines.
Good project management skills, ability to plan, process and deliver results.
