Senior Litigation PAInternational firm are seeking a highly experienced Legal PA to join their Litigation team.
This role works closely with the Head of Department in a very fast-paced practice area and is an urgent requirement for the firm.
Salary €50-53,000 / full benefits package including health insurance and pension contribution.Hybrid role upon successful passing of probation – three days in the office.Beautiful location in the heart of Dublin 2.Work with an international firm – incredible reputation and fantastic centralized resources.
You will have worked in Commercial Litigation in a top Irish or International firm and be able to hit the ground running in all aspects of the role including: Diary / travel / inbox management including complex meeting coordination and itinerary preparation.File management - matter opening, CDD checks, letters of engagement.Complex billing including drafting narratives, management of balances and invoice preparation.Management of WIP for fee-earners across department.Preparation of court documents including pleadings and letters of advices.
The ideal candidate for this role will have: Minimum 4 years' experience as a Legal PA in a large, commercial firm.Experience will ideally be in commercial litigation or disputes.Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite and Legal Billing Software.
