A snapshot of your peer group: PQE 5 years minimum.Strong corporate law experience and company law knowledge.Exposure to corporate M&A and/or structuring work would be an advantage.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and commercial contracting.Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market working alongside colleagues with a broad and diverse set of skills and from multiple jurisdictions.Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams.Your team: KPMG Law is a dynamic law firm, which provides quality Corporate and Business law services to a wide variety of domestic and international clients. With a specialist focus on Corporate/M&A, Commercial, Regulatory, Employment law, GDPR/Data Privacy, IPT, Structuring, Legal Technology/New Law, and General Advisory services clients look to us for expertise on the latest knowledge of laws and regulations, industry insight, and dedicated support that focuses on the needs and challenges of their business.
