The Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment within the factory.
Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently to maintain operational productivity.
Supporting production teams with equipment optimization and reliability.
Adapting to occasional business needs with a flexible approach to working hours.
The Person: We are looking for a candidate who: Has previous experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a factory setting.
Holds a relevant engineering qualification (essential).
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a fast-paced production environment.
