Maintenance Fitter

Currently recruiting a Maintenance Fitter to play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the site.
The position demands a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Swiftly diagnose and rectify faults to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and contractors on maintenance and repairs.
Foster a positive safety culture and adhere to all safety protocols.
Utilise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage and document work.
Communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Support and participate in continuous improvement projects and trials.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Requirements Maintenance Fitter Craft Certificate or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant industrial setting.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Proven problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 07:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Friday to Sunday.
