Job Description Position : Management Accountant Location : Dublin, Hybrid Salary : 45,000 55,000 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their  expanding Finance team.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a growing company  that values innovation and continuous improvement.  We are looking for a part or newly qualified accountant with a keen interest in working in a  dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for a candidate eager to advance their  career by supporting emerging business partnerships and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts in accordance with  group deadlines.
Take charge of Balance Sheet Control Account Reconciliations.
Reconcile revenue processes against supporting consumption files.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team and oversee aged debtors reporting,  including bad debt provision assessments.
Monitor key performance indicators, such as Days to Invoice/Unbilled, and provide  insights through regular reporting.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and the development of forecasting models.
Conduct and report variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs, highlighting  key findings.
Perform in-depth gross margin variance analysis and present key findings.
Essential Skills & Experience Part qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
Proficient in Excel, with the ability to handle large volumes of transactions.
Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
