Initially, positions will be on a 12-month contract, with potential for permanency based on skills and performance. As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be pivotal in the production process, ensuring efficient manufacturing of synthetic diamonds and super materials. Your responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, adhering to procedures, conducting quality checks, and contributing to process enhancements. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment. Follow standard procedures for quality maintenance. Perform quality checks and inspections. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues. Adhere to safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with team for process improvements. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
