Overview As a Manufacturing Operator within the business we will rely on you to manufacturing the highest quality products for our customers.
In our Consumables business this will include Solid Phase Extraction devices and Chromatographic Columns.
Within the Instrumentation Department (Mass Spectrometry and Informatics), we will rely on you to manufacture speciality measurement instrumentation and computer based hardware products.
Our innovations enable significant advances in a wide array of applications including Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biomedical, Food safety, Environmental, Academic and Government industries.
We are strongly focussed on delivering high Quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities In this exciting job opportunity, you will collaborate with a diverse team who are accountable for the manufacture of High/Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (H/UPLC), Nano technology columns, SPE devices, assembly / sub-assembly of Mass Spectrometry Instruments and the duplication of Software kits and configuration of PCs.
The position would suit an enthusiastic team worker who is seeking a rewarding career with the opportunity of progression.As part of a team, you will be responsible for:Packing and testing HPLC/UPLC/Nano Columns or assembly of SPE devices following specific defined processesGenerate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Be creative in identifying productivity improvements, efficiency and high levels of quality.Develop strong working relationships with team members and other departments.Assembly of Mass Spectrometry instruments, duplication of Software images onto CD and DVDs and configure workstations.Generate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.

Qualifications Educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent.Work on own initiative and pay close attention to detail.Good interpersonal and communication skills.A flexible work ethic and enjoys working in a team environment.A keenness to develop and growDesirable but not essential:A Third level qualification in a Science related subject.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
