The Role As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to execute impactful marketing plans.
Your key responsibilities will include: Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, and events).
Track performance metrics and prepare reports.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
Collaboration: Work with Sales and Customer Service Teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with designers, agencies, and other external vendors to deliver high-quality outputs.
Content Creation: Use tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to design and edit marketing materials.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and analyze posts; engage with followers; and grow social media communities.
Event Management: Organize and promote events, including school competitions, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
SEO and Website Updates: Update website content, optimize it for search engines, and monitor analytics for improvements.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and monitor competitors.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with our brand guidelines.
What Were Looking For Were seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications, skills, and attributes: Experience: 23 years in marketing, sales, or advertising.
Education: NFQ Level 6 or higher in a relevant field.
Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Design Skills: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Email Marketing: Knowledge of platforms like Mailchimp.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work across various business functions.
Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in Ireland.
