We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand development, drive sales, and enhance our market presence. Reporting to the Company Director, the Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and market research, as well as other day to day operational tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand developmentMeasure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide regular analysis and trend reports to senior management, including team scorecards and various other performance metrics.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for further growthCoordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and end users.Collaborate with R & D and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales initiatives.Digital Marketing & Content Creation:Manage the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platformsManage and update content on the company website.Manage all social media channels, curating content and maintaining an engaging online presence.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement.Oversee SEO and Ad Word campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive website traffic.Produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.Event Planning & Management:Plan, facilitate, and execute internal and external events, including trade shows, sales conferences, and training courses.Organise and manage company participation in industry trade events and exhibitions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in a marketing role; including developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and social media platforms.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems to measure campaign effectivenessCapability to use a variety of software including WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
