You will be working within our Mobile marketing team who is responsible for developing Mobile propositions, driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our products & services, across multiple channels.
The Consumer marketing team is responsible for delivering propositions which delight our customers and grow our Base and Revenue.
This team acts as the voice of the customer, and we will grow by providing the very best experience, products and services to our customers.
Who you are:You are customer obsessed with a huge appetite to understand the Low End Mobile market as well as the drivers, needs, attitudes & behaviours of the customers in the Low End Market, be passionate about customer experience and have high energy with a proven track record of operating in a demanding & customer centric environment.In this role as Marketing Propositions Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of the PAYG / Low End P&L targets, Customer base and NPS targets.
You will lead a broad range of marketing activities including pricing, proposition development and NPS planning and initiatives.
This includes development of a 360 Low End segment marketing strategy to include proposition development, marketing plans and delivery across multiple channels.The next challenge for you:Ownership of Proposition Roadmap and delivery for Low End Mobile• Based on market insight and competitive position, your challenge is to create a market winning portfolio of propositions for the Low End Market Segment• Work with Product owner & Commercial lead to ensure portfolio fit with P&L ambition• Ensure continuous improvement embedded in portfolio to align with market moves.Ownership of the Go to Market strategy and plan for Low End segment• With your deep insight & understanding of the consumer mobile market & competitive landscape, you will work closely with your team to ensure we have the right GTM approach for our propositions that enable us to reach our target customer in the most effective way, as well as make the lives of our frontliners and sales team easy and simple• You will take the lead on working with our Brand, CVM & Digital teams to develop comms across all customer touchpoints – ATL and BTL campaigns including TV, Digital marketing, retail magazine, DMs, EDMs, Activations activities etc.Ownership of the design and execution of the CXX/NPS strategy for Low End segment• You should be the customer "Guru" for the Low End market segment, with deep understanding of customer needs, drivers and most importantly, pain points.• Generate insight from extensive customer/channel listening & data analysis• Identify key trends, issues & opportunities that measurably improve our customers' experience• Define the customer experience excellence strategy for the segment and manage, execute & track against the programme of key initiatives you have devised with input from your cross-functional team, to maximise segment NPS & deliver on KPIs & targets.
This includes communication at monthly operational and steering reviews.• Champion customer-centric thinking from definition of marketing strategy through to execution.
Lead enhancements to customer experience including Digital sales, My Vodafone & App, and upgrading customer journey• Drive segment agenda and design best in class online customer journeys by championing 'customer at the core' valuesWork in partnership with colleagues across the organisation (in particular CVM, digital and brand) to successfully deliver My Vodafone and App, and digital upgrade experienceCompetitor & market intelligence • You will review the competitor market for monthly and quarterly trends and develop strong knowledge of competitive landscape and potential threats and opportunities We Are Looking For You, If You Have:Commercial marketing and GTM experience with strong communication / influencing skillsExperience working in cross-functional and virtual teams across different disciplinesExperience in succeeding in high profile, pressurised environment which demands flexibility and multi-taskingEducation to a degree level or highly relevant compensating work experience; previous telecommunications experience advantageous; experience of proposition design and driving customer experience in a similar sector telecoms, tech, utilitiesExperience of dealing with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Project/ Programme Management skills.What else should you demonstrate:Comfort in working with data and analyses; able to roll detail up to compelling presentations and stories; excellent communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)Who we are:Vodafone is pioneering Ireland's gigabit society.
