Another requirement for the role is to exhibit and promote a continuous improvement culture aligning with MPS principles.The Role:Take custody of Primary packaging and Single use materials BOM in the Warehouse.
Perform Wipe ins and Delayering through PSA from Unclassified to Grade D ahead of batch activity.Set up and manage Kanban's in PSA and IPT and coordinate signals back to existing warehouse for efficient transport of materials.Take Custody of Kanban Material in the Warehouse, Replenishing existing KanbansLiasing with Facilities, Ensure Vendor Managed inventory (VMI) and replenishment of same is in PlaceEnsure SAP Material accuracy and visibility in IPT, Completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of Material to process orders.Develop as a SAP SME, Promoting and Raising the proficiency of SAP usage with IPTMonitor Ambient Capacity levels and ensure spaces are allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (Key back up batches available for critical materials)Monitor 2-8 Capacity levels and organise timely transfer of materials to Main Site 2-8 WarehouseSkills & ExperienceIn order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:Experience in working in a GMP environmentExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailProven track record of working within a well-established, high performing teams.Previous Warehousing ExperienceProactive attitude towards their work and ability to multitask when requiredExcellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferredProficiency in MS Office and job- related computer applicationsExcellent time management skills - have demonstrated ability to meet strict timelinesStrong Influencing skillsGoals oriented
