Ibec, the group that represents Irish business, is inviting applications for a Membership Networks Executive. The deadline for applications is 21st August 2024.
Role Purpose:
To work with the Head of Membership, in supporting the Membership Strategic Business Unit (SBU) within Ibec, in delivering its strategic goals and priorities. The Executive will support Head of Membership, Ibec Business Networks, Ibec Public Sector and Customer Experience in their work plans, communications and events activities, and as needs arise.

Key Activities & Responsibilities: Supporting delivery of Ibec's Strategy, including in these areas: Strategy deliveryRisk ManagementCross Ibec divisions networking and collaboration, including working on specific projectsGovernanceSupporting member relations; networks and customer experience:Participation and co-ordination of various network meetings both for Ibec Business Networks and Ibec Public Sector. This will include sourcing speakers, ensuring appropriate minutes and papers are prepared and actions implemented.Supporting on some CX projects and offering secretariat support to new networks/representative groups.Deliver member services including webinars, events and networking as defined by the membership. This can include content design, sourcing speakers etc.Supporting the KAM process, membership engagement, at risk & retention.Preparation of member communication and information channels, including writing relevant articles for inclusion in various communications.Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives in member companies.Other:Driving various initiatives as and when required.Be an active member of the team.Carry out other duties as identified and agreed with the Head of Membership that are in keeping with the overall purpose of the position.
