Job title: Planner Are you an Snr Quantity Surveyor?
I am working with the data centre division of a construction company who are seeking to hire Snr QS to commercially support the MEP of a large Data Centre Project in Dublin.
Role Working within & assisting the commercial construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.
Your day to day will include: Feasibility , Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR'sExperience & Skills Have experience commercially managing, high value M&E works Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.Qualifications Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject.
