Merchandiser

Reporting to the Tactical Manager, the Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for all our retail clients. Core focus for the role would be stock rotation and planogram compliance. They will be required to seek out opportunities in store and deliver results to CPM and Client standards in order to assist with sales growth across categories.
Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers to achieve additional displays.
Responsibilities:Adhere to journey plans given by line managerEnsure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on planogram compliance, maximizing promotional space, and negotiating with Store ManagerRecord relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely mannerEnsure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is recorded on XDA and highlighted to the store managerMaintain and grow planogram space where possibleEnsure all products have the correct SEL placed in front of the productMerchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in placeCapture before and after photographs on a handheld deviceLiaise with the store manager prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completedLiaise with Tactical scheduler before and after each callBuild strong relationships with all parties to work together as a teamGenerate new ideas and ways of workingSupport all product launches and promotions across all serviced brandsMaintain all CPM and client standards and policiesConsistently strive to reach the highest standards of performance for customersOperate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasksUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerMinimum Requirements:Full clean driving licenceFamiliar with technologyGood interpersonal & communication skillsGood organisational skillsBenefits:Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Employee Assistance ProgramStructured personal development supported by internal and external development activitiesCompanywide recognition awardsDiscounted health insurance and access to company pension providerActive diversity and inclusion teams across the businessIVF Support PolicyRegular company events and activitiesProduct discountsBike to Work SchemeTaxSaver Scheme – discounted travel ticketsReferral payment schemes
