Mid to Senior Level Packaging Equipment - Pharmaceuticals - CorkProject Engineer to join the CAPEX Projects Team in the Cork Site.
We have a great opportunity for Senior Level Packaging Equipment to join our client, a research-based biopharmaceutical company, on their journey of discovering, developing, and commercialising innovative medicines and researching and developing antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, influenza, and COVID-19.
Responsibilities:Develop Equipment Solution and URS with Packaging & Engineering End-UsersSource & identify equipment solutions with appropriate equipment vendorsDevelop Capital Budget for the project and input to Capital Application documentationManage and execute the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification phases of the projectComplete site change management activities for the introduction of the equipmentManage cross-functional in-house and external project teamProject Scheduling & Cost Control with regular reporting to key client stakeholdersEnsure there is a strong safety culture and performance in the execution of the projectProject Validation executionManage project changes and ensure all are captured, documented and assessed Qualifications & Experience:Degree in a relevant science / engineering disciplineExperience in working in client-side Capital Projects execution roleExperience in Client Electronic Change Management Systems & full end-to-end Project Life-cycleExperience in managing cross functional teams and projects in a GMP Manufacturing EnvironmentUnderstanding of Environmental, Health and Safety requirements of the Pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Understands the project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout8 to 10 years (minimum) of project management/engineering experience across the project life-cycle within a Pharmaceutical environment If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
