SIMI Aftersales Dealer finalists for 2019, 2020 and SEAI Electric Vehicle Dealership of the Year 2022 are currently recruiting Motor Technicians for our Service Department based in Fitzpatricks Garage Kildare town to work in our modern, well equipped workshop.Responsibilities will include;Dealing with customers, management, staff in a courteous and professional mannerDiagnose, repair and service vehicles as requiredCarry out all work to the highest standards in accordance with dealership & manufacturer's standardsKeeping updated with technical product informationMaintain a clean, orderly workplace, adhering to all company policies, procedures & safety standardsRoad testing, and quality control checks as requiredThe successful candidates will have;Minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience ideally working with one of our main franchises i.e.
Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Mercedes-BenzExperience in all aspects of vehicle servicing, engine overhaul, diagnostics and electronicsBe highly motivated and able to work on their own initiativeAbility to clearly communicate, to ensure the smooth & efficient flow of work Be efficient and be capable of producing high quality work consistentlyFull, clean driving licenceA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including a bonus incentive scheme.
