Kelco Communications are looking for a Multi-Site Retail Sales Manager to take charge of our Vodafone stores in Athenry, Ballinasloe, and Loughrea.
This role is all about sales performance-leading by example, building high-performing teams, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Sales Performance: Set the standard by achieving and surpassing sales targets across all three stores, driving a culture of success.
Coach and Develop Teams: Empower store teams through effective training, motivation, and support to consistently achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities across the stores, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance against targets.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards in stock management, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
Foster a Winning Culture: Cultivate a results-oriented, sales-focused environment where high performance is recognized and celebrated.
About You: Experience: Proven track record in retail management or sales leadership.
Multi-site management experience is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Experience in coaching and developing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Proactive Mindset: Always looking for opportunities to improve performance and solve challenges.
Transport: A full driving licence and reliable transport are required for travel between stores.
