Job Description As a Night Porter at An Chúirt Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.
Your duties will include a mix of customer service, security, and light housekeeping tasks, ensuring our guests feel safe and well-cared-for throughout the night.

About The Role Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting late-night arrivals and check-ins Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Conducting regular security checks of the hotel premises Assisting with setting up conference rooms and other facilities for morning events Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains presentable Preparing and setting up for the breakfast service as needed Liaising with the reception, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Managing the handover to the morning shift, providing clear and accurate information about overnight occurrences Skills Needed Hospitality About The Company The Gallen Hospitality group is comprised of three 4-star, family-run hotels located in Ballybofey and Gweedore, Co Donegal.Owned by the Gallen family, the Villa Rose Hotel was established in the year 2000 and is comprised of 57 bedrooms, state of the art spa facility and has been consistently named Ireland's top hotels in the Tripadvisor Traveller's choice awards.In 2016, the Gallen family added Jackson's Hotel to their offering.
