This opportunity is a highly responsible Partner Management role where the candidate develops and maintains professional relationships with their designated SAP Partners.
The OEM Partner Manager will maintain focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to SAP's growth strategy.
The Partner Manager is also responsible for building a network of strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the SAP organisation, ensuring clear and consistent communication with our partners.
This position will support partners in North America.
What you'll do:  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, managing the relationship, resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Identify new OEM partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business in alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and execute OEM partnership agreements.
• Monitor OEM partner performance, including sales targets, compliance, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal or termination.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on partner performance and market trends.
What you bring: • Strong understanding of OEM and software distribution models.
• Proven experience in managing partner relationships and commercial agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
• A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks • Confidence working across all levels in an organisation, must be highly credible both internally and externally • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and partner management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint • Business/IT Degree • Experience with SAP Systems would be an advantage.
Working Hours : To support partners in North America, this position will have a set working pattern from 1.00-9.00pm OR 2.00-10.00pm.
An additional shift allowance is provided for these working hours.
