Onsite Inventory Administrator - Limerick

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 90,000 products to customers nationwide.
We are looking for an Onsite Inventory Administrator to be based on one of our customer sites in Limerick.
Responsibilities Set up and manage 5 areas on site for a range of consumables in each areaIdentify all parts required for each areaConfirm part numbers, supplier information, pricing and lead time on all partsSet up storage locations and label all locations as requiredEnter all product information on portal and set agreed min/max levels on all partsManage the replenishment of all parts as requiredDeal with other on site enquiries by phone, email, and in personDevelop good business relationship with onsite customer and deliver a first-class customer serviceLiaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute informationSkills and Experience At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to identify customer needs and provide high level of customer serviceExperience within a Manufacturing/warehouse environment with a good understanding of supply chain proceduresGood communication, organisational and administration skillsFlexible and Pro-active attitudeAbility to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they ariseThe ability to multitask and to ensure projects are carried out to a high standard
