Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their luxury establishment.

Key Responsibilities : Oversee all operational aspects of the property to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
Lead and manage cross-departmental teams, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
Uphold and exceed customer satisfaction standards, delivering a world-class guest experience.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with senior management on business development and staff training initiatives.
Requirements : Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4- or 5-star property.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
In-depth knowledge of operational processes within the hospitality sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
