The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key part in the patient journey, including:
Greeting and engaging customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
Assisting with frame styling and lens recommendations based on lifestyle, prescription and personal taste
Supporting dispensing duties including measurements, adjustments and aftercare
Working closely with clinical and management colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Helping maintain high store standards, stock presentation and accurate patient records
