About the Role: My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role requires strong time management, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.)
and respond or redirect as necessary.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.
Assist with event planning, including logistics, catering, and coordination of guest lists.
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Support the executive team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements: 3-5 Years in a Senior PA or Executive Assistant role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
