Part Qualified Accountant Our client, a major corporation in the property & real estate sectors both here in Ireland & internationally, are now expanding their team in Limerick & have engaged exclusively with us in CPL to help them recruit for an experienced Part Qualified Accountant to join their city centre based team on a permanent basis.
This position would be an ideal opportunity for a part-qualified & experienced accounts professional who is now looking to further develop their career within a growing, internationally focused corporation in the Limerick region.
The Job:
You will be a key part of the finance team, report directly to theFinance Director in Limerick, & will cover a broad range of duties primarily focused on accounts processing & financial administration for property entities in both Ireland & internationally.
More specifically this will include duties such as updating & monitoring the lease management system, allocating creditor/debtor payments, reconciling accounts, analysing budgets against cash flow & expected income, resolving queries & discrepancies, preparing accounts/financial KPI reports for the Financial Controller & handling the monthly & quarterly management accounts close processes.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
3rd level degree qualified ideally.Part-Qualified Accountant. 3-4+ years' relevant experience ideally within a corporate or multinational environment but candidates from a practice/audit background will also be considered. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues across the business.Strong IT & reporting skills including high level MS Excel knowledge.The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with base salary depending on skills/experience but expected to range between 45-50k approx. In addition there is significant scope for further career growth & development.
This role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city centre.
