Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a vehicle parts department is a strong advantage.

Understanding of the parts lifecycle and related processes within the automotive sector.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Must have EEA/UK citizenship or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit.
Role Overview: As a Parts Advisor, reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be a crucial part of our busy team.
You will handle high-volume parts sales for retail, trade, internal, and external customers via phone, online, and in person at the trade counter.
Responsibilities: Manage parts enquiries, sales, and orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide accurate quotes for parts and accessories to both internal teams and external customers.
Collaborate with the team to ensure proper stock storage and adherence to internal processes.
Monitor and manage stock levels, contributing to inventory control and annual stocktaking.
