Pharmacy Technician X 2 – Baltinglass & Blessington Mcgreals Pharmacy

Pharmacy Technician x 2 Due to expansion, McGreals Pharmacy are recruiting a Pharmacy Technician x 2. We are a community-based pharmacy and patient care is our top priority.

Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician include: Prescription preparation – accurately and efficiently prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the pharmacist. Monitored dosing system – To dispense and prepare monitored dosing systems. Dispensary Ordering – monitoring and managing stock levels. Pharmacy Claim – To prepare & submit the monthly claim to PCRS. Working with the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer care to our patients. The ideal candidate: 1-year experience of working as a pharmacy technician. Experience of using MPS system. Excellent communication skills as you will communicate with numerous different people every day, from patients to doctors and also the pharmacy team. Professional manner and treat all customers with care, empathy and respect. Positive attitude and very well presented. Be able to work as part of a team while also able to work on own initiative. Qualification: IPU diploma or Higher Cert in Pharmacy Technician Studies.

Locations: Blessington & Baltinglass, Co Wicklow.

Days per week: 3 to 5 days a week (Between Monday and Saturday. Required to work every 2nd Saturday)

Pay: €16 to €18 per hour.
