We are seeking an early-career Postdoctoral Researcher with a strong passion for inclusive education.
The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research projects aimed at understanding and addressing barriers to inclusion in higher education.
This role requires a blend of excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills, and a proven track record of publications is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-quality research on inclusive education practices and policies.Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research studies.Analyze data and interpret results to inform inclusive education strategies.Prepare and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, educators, and policymakers.Contribute to grant writing and securing funding for research projects.Present research findings at national and international conferences.Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
