Job Description We are currently working with an international Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Private Client Administrator to join their team in Dublin.
The successful candidate for this role will provide support to Financial Planners ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with client, and other operational colleagues.  Role Duties include: To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and Directors to deliver excellent client outcomes to High-Net-Worth Clients.
Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
To be a role model and mentor to team members, a go-to person within the team.
Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes where applicable.
  Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a Client Admin role in Financial Services   Experience working with Senior stakeholders   A strong ethic of client service.
   Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, influencing and organisational skills.
