Process Cleaning Scientist

Hobson Prior is seeking a Process Cleaning Scientist.
The successful candidate will be required to support the cleaning program for equipment and components in a manufacturing setting.
This role focuses on developing and executing cleaning strategies and ensuring equipment cleanliness.

Responsibilities:Work with teams to create cleaning strategies for the facility.Write and manage the main cleaning plan.Prepare and carry out cleaning tests and write reports.Inspect and sample equipment during cleaning tests.Write instructions for cleaning equipment.Develop documents for cleaning activities on the production floor.Review completed cleaning records.Solve problems and improve cleaning processes.Provide support for cleaning issues and help find solutions.Update cleaning equipment and processes as needed.Review key components to ensure equipment stays qualified.Key Skills and Requirements:Understanding of cleaning equipment and methods.Knowledge of validation requirements and documentation practices.Familiarity with biotech manufacturing and production schedules.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.Quick and proactive response to changing priorities.Degree in Engineering or Science.Proficient in English.Must have the right to work in Ireland.Apply now If you are interested in learning more or applying to this exciting opportunity then please click 'Apply' and upload a copy of your CV.
