Process Technician

Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity with a leading global Pharma and Biopharma company who is seeking aProcess Technician in Wicklow, Ireland. As a Process Technician you will be responsible for the front end sample preparation routine lysing and cleaning DNA, sample registering and scanning of samples and making buffers when required. Responsibilities: Completion of daily sample registration and reconciliation of same with electronic data. Prepare buffers, materials as required for analytical procedures. General Housekeeping. Assisting routine processing of test samples and associated electronic information. Lysing and cleaning DNA samples. Scanning of sample. Sample quality checks. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Science Biology or Molecular Biology. Experience in using multi-channel pipettes. Previous experience in an ISO accredited laboratory. Exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with a manufacturing or production line environment. Ability to work independently and to daily targets. Experience in DNA clean up and preparation preferred, not essential.
