Workplace Arrangement: #LI-Hybrid About the roleAn opportunity has arisen for an eTendering Specialist to join our Global Procurement Team to cover maternity leave, based in Naas, Co. Kildare. Kerry operates a hybrid working model for this role.
The eTendering Centre Specialist has responsibility for supporting the procurement function and tendered suppliers in creating, launching and submitting IT enabled tenders in the eSourcing platform.
Key responsibilitiesSupporting and advising the procurement team in structuring, sourcing and collating all necessary information required for successful eTendering.Creating tenders in the Coupa Sourcing platform based on bid lists and Request for Quotation data provided by the procurement team.Troubleshoot supplier queries as and when they happen.Maintaining the Coupa Sourcing platform and liaising with Coupa for continuous improvement initiatives.Assembling and maintaining internal procurement training documentation.Providing support and guidance to regional super users.Preparing monthly reports, providing summary status updates and adhoc reports.Problem solve system issues.System optimisation – working to foster greater use of the system and improvements.Monitor all system usage, reporting and follow up.Create regional reports and circulate.Complete monthly presentation for meeting and answer all queries.Monitor insurance mailbox.Qualifications and skillsThe successful candidate will have:
Solid Excel, IT and database skills with relevant experience in these areas.Solid understanding of contracting and ERP systems.Ability to produce ad hoc reports from raw data.Strong numerical ability.Service oriented attitude.Good organisation skills.Excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working with multiple interfaces.Previous experience in procurement and/or IT administration.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to operate within a virtual team.Deep knowledge of IT enabled Procurement tools would be advantageous.Diploma or Honours University Degree in Business, IT or Procurement.In Kerry we benefit from the knowledge of our colleagues who bring a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds, lifestyles and experiences.
