What's in it for you:Starting salary up to €60,00010% annual bonusOptional Pension scheme (up to 5% contribution)22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysGuaranteed career progressionOther additional company benefitsIn your new role:Manage and mentor a small team of two Junior Buyers ensuring they are prepped and motivated for the day aheadProcurement of a range of components from an existing portfolio of suppliers across Europe and China frequently monitoring performance and qualityEnsure all products and materials are available for immediate dispatch to meet customer demandA strong focus on continuous improvement, building on existing frameworks and implementing new ways of working, including the introduction of forecasting, demand planning and inventory optimization software and stronger S&OP practicesDemand Planning & ForecastingFrequently liaise and work closely with the sales, procurement and stores departmentsDeliver reports on stock, inventory budgets, forecasts and targeting areas to improveTake the lead on cross-functional activities to reduce slow moving, aged, obsolete & unsaleable stockWhat you will need to succeed:At least 3 years' experience working at a similar level within a fast-paced environmentA methodical thinker with a keen attention to detailProficient with various software systems as well as all Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel)
