As a Product Manager you will ensure consistent and clear communication of the DOCC vision & progress to all stakeholders, clearly articulate priorities and assist with the creation of practical strategies to deliver on priorities. Risks are articulated and tracked along with contingencies, and/or course direction recommendations outlining key organizational, technical, process or affordability impacts.

Primary Responsibilities of the Product Manager: Co-ordination of program delivery:

Planning and roadmaps are aligned across stakeholders. Champions the changes the business wishes to make and ensures consistent & clear communication of the vision, progress and updates to all stakeholders. Optimizing rhythm of business (meeting volume, participants, purpose) across program (product, operations). Operate across DOCC teams to ensure DOCC product & operational functions to ensure complete information crossover, address pain points and alignment. Risks are identified, assessed and risk plan reviewed on regular basis. Project is monitored and reported upon, as appropriate to stakeholder needs. Establish and monitor program success metrics. Ensure all relevant record keeping of major decisions, requirements, change requests, sign-offs and approvals. Engagement models in place with external parties to Oversight and Operation teams including analytic teams, segment teams, etc. DOCC Adoption:

Responsible for ensuring strategies and plans are developed to transition DOCC to BAU and that the tool is accepted and adopted organizationally. Work with product team to ensure there is a comprehensive suite of learning aids for tool utilization – various versions required as per stakeholder. Work with existing oversight leads to ensure a seamless transition of roles and processes. Measure satisfaction from users and implement corrective action plans. Ensure org utilization and requests are in line with program expectations. Required Qualifications of the Product Manager: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product Delivery and Agile experience. Large scale business management experience.
