Product Order Administrator We are seeking a motivated and organised Product Order Administrator to join our clients team in North Wicklow.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Entering data on multiple systems, to ensure the warehouse and office are streamlined.
Raising purchase orders with suppliers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks and support various departments and warehouses as needed.
Manage office supplies and other ad hoc admin tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Requirements: Previous recent experience in an administrative role preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Tech savvy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
