Job description What you need to know New job alert!!! My client in themanufacturing industry is looking to hire a Production Administratorto join their expanding team. This role is located in Co. Longford This is a contract job full time onsite Mon-Fri Key duties & responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance/calibration tasks Oversee manufacturing schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory levels for production supplies Input data to inhouse management system Carry out weekly audits Maintain & update documentation for ISO requirements Monitor production i.e. cycle times, scheduling & data entry Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations. What are we looking for? At least 2 years experience working in a similar role essential 3rd Level Qualification in Business or similar discipline preferable Proficiency working with MS Office Applications Experience using CRM systems Ability to prioritise and multitask Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Teamwork and collaboration skills.
