We are excited to be working with a leading Events agency in Ireland in their search for a Production Director/Executive Producer.

You will be responsible for overseeing high-value end-to-end projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading multifunctional teams across the group.
This entails effectively managing expectations, team performance, work standards, and attention to detail, ensuring that all work aligns with brand, strategy, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients within the portfolio.
Develop business responses for prominent global brand and employee experience clients.
Introduce innovative and creative solutions to event development, ensuring the realization of client objectives.
Demonstrate expertise in production, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of on-site production and event builds.
Possess extensive knowledge of industry suppliers and various locations.
Develop and take ownership of detailed event budgets for medium to large events, focusing on profitability and accurate quoting standards.
Lead, direct, and mentor senior event producers, project executives, and event producers.
Oversee project team capacity, monitor time, manage external partners, ensure team welfare, and adhere to the budget.
Establish and uphold standards for project planning, pricing, debrief notes, and client communications.
Cultivate client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and social occasions.
Take charge of updating and maintaining the CRM system.
Requirements: Possesses a forward-thinking perspective on the role of experience at both organizational (for Employees) and Brand levels.
Highly experienced in both live and online events, demonstrating familiarity with market suppliers and vendors.
Proficient in various facets of event management, including Experience Design, Event Creation and Design, Audience Planning, site mapping, event production, and logistics.
Demonstrates a proven track record of delivering exceptional events – prepared to showcase a portfolio and case studies during the interview process.
A confident and adept presenter with the ability to effectively sell ideas and enjoy client presentations.
Possession of a driver's license is mandatory, and having a personal vehicle is preferred.
