We are seeking Production Operatives for Immediate Start! ICE Group, in partnership with Chanelle, are keen to add diverse and ambitious individuals who are willing to learn and get involved with all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Successful candidates will move to a permanent Chanelle contract upon completion of successful 6-month probation.
Job Description
This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Production and Manufacturing function.
We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma's vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.
In this role, you will report into a Production Supervisor / Production Manager.
Responsibilities Manufacture / pack product to cGMP / regulatory standards as outlined in company documentationAccurate completion of all necessary documentationCarry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentationEnsure machines / equipment are maintained and working correctlyCarry out minor machine / equipment adjustments as appropriateClean machines / work area in accordance with standard operating proceduresAssist with training as requiredReach targets relevant to work centreAdhere to health and safety proceduresEnsure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements as outlined in company proceduresMaintain hygiene / housekeeping standards in all production areasComply to terms and conditions as outlined in your contract of employmentCompetencies Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vitalDemonstrate and practice company values on a daily basisSelf-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasksBenefits: Shift premiumsFree onsite gymTraining/Development opportunitiesQualifications Minimum 6 months' experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment preferableExcellent knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirableGood communication, leadership and people management skills are essentialStrong organisational and problem solving abilityAvailability to work on shift cycle based on company requirementsNote: Applicants must be based in Ireland to complete this recruitment process.
