Job Description Working at our Campsie, Burnfoot, or Letterkenny site and reporting to the relevant Production Managers, the Production Operator's role will involve general manufacturing and operative responsibilities pertaining to Electrical Switchgear assembly and/or associated product lines.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assembly Tasks:Assemble metal work components according to specifications.Quality Control:Inspect assembled products for defects and adherence to quality standards.Production Efficiency:Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quotas.Safety Compliance:Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Team Collaboration:Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Housekeeping:Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold a safe working environment.The Successful Applicant The successful Production Operator will be able to demonstrate areas including, but not limited to: Essential Criteria: Fully flexible to work rotational shift patterns if required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Mechanical / Electrical / Fitters background.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Desirable Criteria: Ability to assemble metal work and fit electrical components accurately.What's on Offer What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Chance to make a real impact on critical infrastructure.Join Vertiv If you're ready to contribute your skills to a company shaping the future of technology, apply today!
