Join Our Team and Make a Difference! About the Role: The Project Executive will play a key role in supporting NLN centres by auditing and enhancing services to meet the New Directions Standards and implementing the EASI (Evaluation, Action, and Service Improvement) tool process.
This position is part of the Operations Team and focuses on improving service quality, driving projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What We're Looking For: Key Qualifications and Experience: Education: Third-level degree in Health & Social Care, Education & Training, or a related field.Experience: At least 3 years in service development, project management, or regulatory compliance roles.Proven track record in planning and managing projects effectively.In-depth knowledge of:New Directions StandardsPerson-Centred PlanningEASI tool process and relevant regulations.Strong skills in identifying service challenges, evaluating findings, and recommending improvements.Ability to build frameworks to manage New Directions Standards into the future.Key Skills: Strategic networking and relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and bring about change.Ability to collaborate and influence at management level.IT proficiency, particularly with spreadsheets and other tools.Experience in change management processes.Coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.Your Responsibilities: Support Service Improvement: Collaborate with local managers to promote and use improvement methods aligned with New Directions Interim Standards.Ensure services are tailored to individuals' needs while minimizing unnecessary variations across centres.Audit and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of New Directions Standards.Identify areas for improvement, evaluate findings, and present actionable recommendations.Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans for service improvements.Support the four-step EASI tool process (Evaluation, Action, and Service Improvement).Stakeholder Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving quality of life.Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate regional sharing of quality improvement strategies to maximize outcomes.Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and improvements.Additional Requirements: Expertise in New Directions Standards and HSE requirements.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Skilled at coaching and mentoring teams.IT proficiency, particularly with spreadsheets and reporting tools.Full Driving Licence and own means of transport.If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland.

Salary: Starting at €39K per annum pro-rata.
