Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Killarney, Co. Kerry & Co. Cork Your responsibilities Engineer to come in to oversee our Resurfacing Division Oversee the onsite day to day operations Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment Coordinate and manage all sub-contractors & suppliers Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure all workers have the necessary training and certifications.
Ensure all works meets the required quality standards.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure efficient use of resources to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
Maintain accurate records of resource usage and costs.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Attend and lead regular site meetings.
Work with our QS Team on Budgets & Cost Control Division of working time 85% Site Based 15% Office Based Our requirements Being adept at using a Total Survey Station would be an advantage Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on road construction, road overlay, road materials Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

The person will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction projects.

We have an opening for an Engineer to come in as part of our Resurfacing Team that contract to Local Authorities and also to work within our Groundworks team in our Building Division
